Therefore, we like to get to know a little about the people who are adopting one of our babies. Our main concern is that they will be loved and cared for; therefore, our affectionate pets are sold under contract.

I have various terms to indicate the availability of kittens:
RESERVED - SALE PENDING - SOLD
RESERVED: I have a serious buyer interested in the kitten, but no deposit has been paid at this time. If other buyer express interest in the same kitten, I retain the right to proceed with a sale.
SALE PENDING: Deposit paid on kitten. This kitten will be held for the buyer, until the full payment is due.
SOLD: The kitten is paid for and is either taken/shipped or to be taken/shipped shortly.
DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABILE. NO EXCEPTIONS

HIMMYCATS CATTERY RESPONSABILITIES:
To guarantee the health of the feline, according to the contract.
To offer a limited return policy of 72 hours for a full refund, minus shipping costs, if any, provided the terms of the contract are met.
To offer a vaccination schedule and guidelines.
To provide information for future questions the buyer may have about the feline.
To offer a kitten/cat for sale that's been cared for and loved.
BUYER's RESPONSABILITIES
To provide for the welfare of the feline.
To spay/neuter feline sold as a pet, provided he/she has not been altered. Registration papers will not be given until the Buyer provides written documentation from his/her veterinarian.
To keep the feline clean and healthy.
To make sure vaccinations are given as needed.
To keep the feline indoors at all times.
To give the cat/kitten love and attention.

1.0 Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting our visitors' privacy and we will not collect any personal information about you as a visitor unless you provide it voluntarily. Any personal information you communicate to us is kept within our own records in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2001.

The Data Protection Act 2001 has been enacted on the 14th December 2001 and the section concerning the appointment of the Data Protection Commissioner and the Data Protection Appeals Tribunal has been brought into force as from the 22nd March 2002. We therefore consider that we have a legal duty to respect and protect any personal information we collect from you and we will abide by such duty. We take all safeguards necessary to prevent unauthorised access and we do not pass on your details collected from you as a visitor, to any third party unless you give us your consent to do so.

When you send me an e-mail, I use your personal information only to respond to your message. This personal information will not be kept longer than necessary and will be deleted once the feedback requirement is met.
